GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for an eager and versatile graphic designer to join our team. Our designers work hard to bring impactful brand strategies to life to support our clients’ missions and business goals.

Our Graphic Designers’ responsibilities include, but are never limited to:
Day-to-day design and production of print and digital assets
Interpreting, developing and working according to brand standards for a variety of clients
Offering creative, on-brand solutions that meet clients’ needs (and respect given constraints)
Continuous and clear communication with the studio manager to coordinate the execution of projects within the given timeline, budget, etc.

Our Graphic Designers...
Have a strong understanding of design principles
Work well within constraints and deadlines
Are good multitaskers or, rather, are able to prioritize and manage a variety of projects at various stages simultaneously
Have a thorough attention to detail and commit time to QA
Thrive when working independently in an autonomous environment, but also proactively seek collaboration, direction, and insights from others (especially team leads/creative director)
Are curious and eager to learn new things
Have the ability to research creative solutions to operational challenges
Have a robust knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Have thorough knowledge of digital and offset printing methods
Have a working knowledge of UI/UX and digital design principles
Display graceful flexibility in challenging situations
Demonstrate a desire to develop their personal and professional selves
Have an open, resilient and good-humored mindset

Our Graphic Designers may have….
Web development capabilities
Animation capabilities
Knowledge of email marketing execution and strategies
Experience with photography or video production
Interests in creative writing/copywriting
