Following a successful music career and years of designing for national brands, Mike founded Delevante, drawing upon his wealth of experience to create and direct design for local and national clients. Mike has worked with an impressive list of businesses and organizations, serving as designer at the School of Visual Arts, associate art director at National Lampoon, art director of the magazine division at ABC, designer and art director of advertising at J.Crew, and partner and creative director at RD&Q in Nashville. He has also acted as a freelance consultant/designer to Time Magazine, Rolling Stone, Sotheby’s New York, and J.Crew.

Mike’s decisive and elegant web and print design style has been nationally recognized, earning PRINT, Art Director’s Club, Publication Design and ADDY Awards, as well as recognition from the School Art League NYC and Macromedia Flash Site of the Day.

Also an accomplished musician, Mike has collaborated with his brother to record two albums on Rounder and Capitol Records as The Delevantes, and has toured the United States and Europe with Emmylou Harris, Steve Earle, John Prine, and others. The Delevantes achieved four #1 singles during their musical career, as well as the #1 video spot on CMT Europe. Their success has been featured in Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, and USA Today.

Suzanne has managed Delevante’s diverse roster of accounts since 2010, and she provides strategic counsel and creative content for brand identity engagements and comprehensive marketing and advertising programs.

Highlights include a global rebrand and Write On brand campaign for Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI); a rebrand and positioning campaign for Bass, Berry & Sims; campaign development for the grand opening of Discovery Park of America; and the national workIT recruitment campaign for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Suzanne’s previous employers include two of the Southeast’s most reputable public relations firms, McNeely Pigott & Fox and Seigenthaler Public Relations.

Her talent for capturing and expressing clients’ voices is bolstered by years of study in composition and rhetoric, creative writing, and journalism. She received a B.A. from the University of Tennessee, an M.A. from Belmont University, and pursued Ph.D. studies at Georgia State University.

Sara is an award-winning graphic designer who joined Delevante after two years as an interactive UI designer at Applauze.  

As a member of Delevante’s creative team, she brings a breadth of design experience and a diverse skill set to serve a variety of clients, including Cheekwood, Richard Courtney, Thistle Farms, and Twelve|Twelve. With expertise ranging from digital to print to illustration, along with an open and optimistic spirit, Sara garners praise from clients and colleagues alike.  

She earned a B.S. in art education from Minnesota State University as well as a B.F.A. from Watkins College of Art.

Sara brings depth of experience and a unique perspective to her role as graphic designer at Delevante. She joined the firm in Winter 2016 after graduating with a BFA from Nashville’s Watkins College of Art, Design & Film.

An award-winning designer, Sara gained valuable experience through prior freelance work, internships with redpepper and Orange Morning Creative, and as the marketing and sponsorships coordinator at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center.

Since joining Delevante, Sara has dedicated her versatile skills in print-based graphic design and illustration to a variety of challenging creative initiatives for Bass, Berry & Sims; Cheekwood; Tennessee Board of Regents; and OZ Arts Nashville.

Sara earned a bachelor of science in communications/advertising from Boston University in 2009.

Alyssa joined Delevante as a graphic designer in August 2013. She develops and manages creative assets for a variety of clients from her office in Southeast Alabama. With extensive experience in print, photoshop, and UI design, her multidisciplinary background keeps her pursuing new creative solutions.

Most recently having received a GDUSA Web Design Award for her work on DiscoveryParkofAmerica.com she is also the recipient of a Nashville Gold ADDY for Publication Design for her work on the RED Book: Taylor Swift.

Alyssa graduated from Auburn University in Fall 2011 with a B.F.A in Graphic Design and three years of training in Auburn’s College of Architecture. Before joining Delevante, she worked as a designer at ST8MNT in Nashville, TN.

Keli joined Delevante following internships at Cheekwood and the Frist Center for the Visual Arts.  

A skilled organizer, communicator, and creative problem solver, Keli serves as Delevante’s production manager and client services coordinator.  

Keli is a Mississippi native who has happily called Nashville home since 2007. She majored in art history and public relations, graduating cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University in 2010.
